Not that this is AT ALL relevant in sigerson's game, but what happens to a pregnant woman who puts on a Girdle of Masculinity/Femininity?

Presumably, nothing at all. The body he inhabits would still be physiologically female.

Ah, but Sam leaps his whole body in - the topology of his form is modified by the residual aura of the person he's leapt into, but the actual physical form remains his.
