I'm looking for a Graphic Designer to design a CD. Can anybody help me out, either themselves or by pointing me towards somebody?

Note: I strongly prefer minimalist, elegant design (shocking, I know). I can come up with some examples at some point.

I know a guy - Ivan Ewert. You can email him at ivan dot ewert at gmail dot com. What I've seen of his work is definitely elegant. How minimal it is I guess depends on your taste and interpretation, but I wouldn't say it's un-minimal.
