Columbarium is a great word. I forget that they still exist. Actually I had to look it up too, because my reaction was, "Wait, isn't a columbarium a dovecote from antiquity?" (because in Israel, the ruins of a columbarium are the ruins of a place from First Temple times where someone was breeding doves to be sold as very small ritual sacrifices) and now I know that the place where urns are ritually ... placed? ... shares that name.
