Two days ago, we placed four pounds of tomatoes, half a bottle of red wine, half a pound of bacon, a few onions, many carrots, some celery, and various herbs into our slow cooker and set it on low.

Today, I have lowered it to warm, to keep it hot until dinner tonight.

Yay.
